The Texas Titans got off to a rough start going 0-2 through their first two contests against Team Takeover and Alabama Fusion. The Titans then settled in and played outstanding the last two games finishing with wins against Brad Beal Elite and Team Durant with Kevin Durant sitting court side in dramatic fashion. The Team Durant game ended with a play worthy of being #5 on ESPN's Top 10 Plays when Prince Dorbah threw a length of the court pass to JaKobe Coles who caught the pass and made a tough 17 foot jumper while trying not to fall out of bounds at the buzzer to win the game.
2020 6'2 PG Mike Miles: Mike played terrific all week scoring the ball and facilitating. The pass first PG showed the ability to score the ball at a high level when his team needed him to and he made big shot after big shot all week long. Miles backed up his status as one of the top point guards in the country.
2020 6'8 F JaKobe Coles: Coles was outstanding this week at Peach Jam. His versatility at the forward position and his ability to stretch the floor gave opponents fits. Coles gained some attention this weekend from coaches with his play. He produced in crunch time as evidenced by his big time game winning shot over Team Durant.
2020 6'4 G Preston Lawerence: Lawerence played with energy all week for the Titans. He played whatever role the Titans needed him to play for the team to be successful. He is a big time glue guy who plays fearless and makes shots.
2020 6'10 C Eduaro Andre': The 6'10 Andre' played with a high motor and toughness last week at Peach Jam. He rebounded, scored around the basket and protected the rim for the Titans. His ceiling is very high as a prospect with his length, ability to change ends, soft hands and athleticism.
Overall, it was a good week at Peach Jam for the Titans as they played in front of collegiate programs such as Arizona St., Baylor, Texas Tech, UT, Iowa, Louisville, Oklahoma St. and several others.
